Their professionally presented meeting rooms, training rooms, conference rooms and board rooms can be hired by the hour. Half, full, multi day, evening and weekend bookings are also available.
The Problem.
The Meeting Rooms wants to offer it's clients a simple way to book office space and facilities via its web site, www.themeetingrooms.co.uk, they also want a simple way to provide back office information for themselves on the bookings made via the web site.
The Solution
In collaboration with two internet solution companies, Hawthorn has devised a simple system which will grow as the businees needs, satisfying the requirement to produce Booking Information "at the click of a button" and Management Information as and when it is needed.
